What you can expect on our custom group tours For single-day Custom Group Tours, the tour price will include transportation, trail snacks, bottled water, a skillfully prepared gourmet picnic lunch and wine tasting (including all tasting fees).
On our multi-day Custom Group Tours, the tour price will include lodging, all meals, transportation, trail snacks, bottled water, wine tasting,** and all tasting fees.

*To reserve a Custom Group Tour requires a minimum of six paid guests ($870). Alternately, consider our Custom Mini-Tours. Custom single-day tours must be booked at least 21 days in advance of proposed tour start date; custom multi-day tours must be reserved at least 180 days in advance of proposed tour start date to confirm lodging and venue availability. Custom group tours are currently limited to the greater San Francisco Bay Area, including Napa, Sonoma, Marin, San Mateo, Alameda, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, and Calaveras counties; some calendar dates may not be available; promotional discounts do not apply.
**Consider enhancing your multi-day tour experience with a blind wine tasting that is both fun and educational. Expand your group’s wine knowledge, and learn not only that you like a wine, but why you like it, too. Each blind tasting includes six to eight wines, typically of the same grape variety, and often local to the wine region we are visiting.
***The $145 per-person price is the base tour price and includes only the services listed under What you can expect on our custom group tours, above. This base price typically covers single-day custom tours; guests who reserve multi-day tours will be furnished an estimate of the balance based on their proposed custom itinerary within 10 business days of said proposal and upon completed reservation and deposit. The base price does not include additional expenses incurred for venue rental, accommodations, additional catering needs, etc.; groups larger than 11 are possible but may limit venue availability; please contact us for arrangements.
