    Regardless of the wine, unless you get a supplement, the Resveratrol will get easily flushed out of your system.

    You need at least 350mg or 500mg capsules of Resveratrol.

    I take 4 500mg capsules a day, which is what the science studies dose is equivalent for my body weight.
