I’ve heard that, Jefe - not that I overlooked you. Truth be told, I UNDER-looked you. And so did WineCountry.com.
Folks, you can believe everything that El Jefe says. I know I do.

No worries Mate! My goal is to tweak the nose of napasonomacentricity (you heard that word here first, folks) wherever and whenever I can. There’s a big beautiful state of California wine country in many of the other 56 counties - cheers!

El Jefe is right: the California wine country is immense, and great wine, like great hiking, isn’t necessarily to be found only in Northern California. So when you think “California wine country”, think big - think beyond napasonomacentricity.
Think Mendocino to Santa Barbara, and think San Francisco peninsula to the Sierra foothills, all of which offer better hiking than Napa Valley. When you do, you’ll open yourself to a world of possibilities that will often cost you less and offer you more.
